Terms of Service

Plain-language terms for using Tweetpilot. The short version: use it responsibly, and you own what gets posted from your account.

Last updated May 28, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Tweetpilot website, browser extension, and dashboard, operated by Muhammad Zain ("Tweetpilot", "we", "us"). By using Tweetpilot you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Tweetpilot is

Tweetpilot is a tool that helps you engage on X. The browser extension reads the X pages you open and queues reply drafts for review; it does not post replies for you, so you review each draft and copy or post it yourself. Separately, the dashboard lets you write and schedule original posts, which Tweetpilot can publish to a connected X account on your behalf. Tweetpilot is currently in private beta and access is limited.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Tweetpilot. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Tweetpilot responsibly. You will not use it to send spam, harass others, post misleading or unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for every reply and post sent from your X account, whether you posted it yourself or scheduled it for Tweetpilot to publish. Review your drafts before they go out.

Your X account and third-party platforms

Tweetpilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. X is a trademark of its owner.

Your use of X remains subject to X's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. Tweetpilot does not control X and is not responsible for changes X makes to its platform.

AI-generated content

Replies and posts are generated by AI models and are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You decide what to post, and you are responsible for the content once it is published.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create with Tweetpilot, including your drafts, scheduled posts, replies, uploaded media, voice settings, profile context, and instructions (your “Content”).

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your Content only as needed to operate the service for you, such as generating drafts, learning your voice, and publishing the posts you schedule. This license ends when you delete the relevant Content or your account, except for copies we are required to keep by law. Content you publish to X is also governed by X's terms.

Our intellectual property

Tweetpilot, including the website, extension, dashboard, software, and branding, belongs to its operator and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any right to our name, logo, or software beyond using the service as intended.

Fees

Tweetpilot is free to use during private beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you are charged, and your continued use of a paid feature means you accept those terms.

Beta service and availability

Tweetpilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweetpilot and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any action taken on your X account.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tweetpilot and its operator from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, the content you post from your X account, or your breach of these terms or of any third-party rules, including X's.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Tweetpilot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the service or others.

When access ends, your right to use the service stops. The sections that by their nature should continue, including the ownership of your Content, the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update the service and these terms over time. When we change these terms, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, and they replace any earlier agreements on the same subject. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
